This policy covers NetSeg consumer apps (starting with Wax Lyrical). It is separate from NetSeg OT cybersecurity consulting.

What the app is

Wax Lyrical is a free offline hip-hop groove box for iOS — turntable scratch, drum sequencer, chord pads, kits and BPM control. No account is required and the app works offline.

Data we collect

We do not collect personal data off the device. There are no accounts, no in-app purchases, no ads, no analytics or tracking, and no IDFA. We do not sell or share personal information off-device.

On-device only

Audio processing, haptics and local preferences all stay on your device. The app does not use the microphone, camera or location.

No tracking

The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Children

Wax Lyrical is a general audience app (rated 4+). It is not directed at children under 13, and no data is collected off-device from any user.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
